Thermador culinary blogger partners Maria and Josh Lichty of Two Peas & Their Pod recently were craving a spring quiche. So it was Josh who took to the kitchen  (where else would we ever find him?) to create this: an Asparagus, Spinach & Feta Quiche.

Maria calls this dish “glorious,” and we wholeheartedly agree.

Josh made his own pie crust from scratch, but feel free to use your own favorite recipe or even the store-bought variety. It will take about an hour to prep and cook, most of it in the oven, where the baking will last about 45 minutes. Eating it? Much faster.
