I’ve always been a long-time fashion lover—from flipping through every new issue of Vogue, to faithfully following my favorite designers on social during New York Fashion Week. What I love most about fashion is the ability to take risks and personalize my every day style depending on my plans and mood. While I tend to be a little more timeless when it comes to interiors, I love incorporating new trends into my home. Here are a few NYFW trends I can’t get enough of:

1. Hot Pink & Millennial Purple
Move over millennial pink, millennial purple is officially here and it’s hot off the runway! Hot pinks and Millennial purple demanded attention at NYFW, and I love seeing them incorporated in the kitchen space. Designer Michelle Nussbaumer pulls off these bold, trending colors with ease in the House Beautiful Kitchen of the Year (we’ll show more of this fabulous house soon). The vinyl-wrapped ikat-print walls are show-stopping, the sloped archway is eye-catching, and the Thermador Under-Counter Wine Refrigeration Unit perfectly blends in, at-the-ready for entertaining.

2. Matching Sets
From coordinated printed pants mirrored with an identical matching top, identical sets were a major trend at this year’s NYFW. This coordinating concept immediately made me think of Thermador Refrigeration Columns – where you have the freedom to create the perfect matching pair. This gorgeous design by Kate Marker Home couples stunning stainless steel columns with slate-blue cabinetry, making this space red carpet-ready.

3. A Sea of GreenPhoto by: Jeff Herr

A final trend making a big statement—forest green skirt suits, sweaters, tops, and more! I can’t get enough of this rich green shade and love seeing it shine in the home design space. This beautiful project from Terracotta Design Build is more than à la mode. The Thermador Range makes a grand statement against a crisp white backsplash, and the Under-Counter Refrigeration Unit steals the show with its sea-green panels.
