Get a $2000 loan with bad credit. Thermador Wine Refrigerators also give you the freedom to personalize and take exceptional care of your wine collection.
Read on to learn more about our Wine Refrigeration options and how best to maintain and serve your wine. And if you’re on the fence about whether or not you need a Wine Column, we’ll show you some unexpected ways Wine Refrigeration can be used.
Customized Wine Refrigerators for Your Collection
Available in 18” and 24” configurations, our Wine Refrigerators offer enough space to hold up to 92 bottles. They also feature two or three zones with Cool Air Flow technology, so your wines are stored at the optimum temperature and humidity (which keeps your corks from drying out). The soft close shelves and door ensure your wine is handled with care. What’s more, each boast wenge wood diamond dowels that cradle each bottle for a display that is as practical as it is beautiful.
Custom configuration allows you to select your shelving preferences to fit other spirits if wine isn’t your preference, or to store and chill wine glasses or beer mugs for a perfectly prepped drink. You can also personalize your Wine Refrigerator by choosing between stunning stainless steel or a customized front panel for a seamless and cohesive integration with the rest of your cabinetry.
Your customized Wine Column doesn’t have to be just for the kitchen. A custom closet, butler’s pantry or bar nook are the perfect spaces to integrate a Wine Column throughout your home.
Pro Tips for Using Your Wine Columns
Your Thermador Wine Refrigerator offers a wide variety of use cases and special features.
For avid hosts, the Presenter Shelf prominently displays your most prized bottles, and is perfect for storing charcuterie, appetizers and desserts before entertaining. Users can adjust their space to store other spirits and beverages, like soda and mixers. It’s also the perfect place to keep a cake delicately chilled until close to serving time. Fun fact: your Wine Column is also ideal for storing olive oil to maintain its flavor.

Stay Cool
Understanding the appropriate temperatures to store your favorite wines is one of the biggest challenges of maintaining a collection.
Young white wine should be stored between 45 and 46 degrees Fahrenheit. Sherry wines are best at 49 degrees, while full-bodied whites are best at 50 degrees.
For reds, store young varietals from 52 to 57 degrees Fahrenheit. Burgundies should be at 59 degrees, while full-bodied reds are best between 61 and 65 degrees.
Store olive oil at 57 degrees Fahrenheit to maintain its flavor profile.

Perfect Pairings
Now that you’re a pro with your Wine Refrigerator, it’s time to consider the best pairings for your favorite varietals to host the ultimate wine tasting party! Below are a few of our favorite picks and how best to serve them, according to the Ultimate Wine Pairing Guide.
Kick off your party with a sweet glass of Moscato, which goes great with a charcuterie board. You can store your meat and cheese board on your Presenter Self to keep your treats chilled until guests arrive.
Impress your gusts with this elegant pairing for the main course. Nothing says “elevated” like a nice glass of bubbly! Champagne pairs perfectly with salty, nutty cheeses like parmesan and gouda, and plays nicely with mustard flavors. If you’re hosting guests, we recommend our Roasted Rack of Lamb with a Parmesan Mustard Herb Crust to start, made in your Thermador Oven for the perfect pairing.
Finish off with a nice merlot coupled with a decadent dessert. Merlots pair beautifully with chocolate, and we recommend our Dark Chocolate Mousse with Fresh Berries, chilled in your Thermador Refrigerator.
Clean Up Time
Once your party “wines” down, your Wine Column may need a quick clean up.
Use warm water with a mild soap and a soft cloth to clean your product, and avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive scrubbing pads when cleaning your Wine Column.
First, wipe your door seals and thoroughly. Next, remove your diamond dowels, wipe down, and allow to dry before replacing. Remove shelves to ensure a thorough clean, and wipe the interior of your Wine Column from top to bottom.
