The New American Home, now in its 31st year, is the annual show home for the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), highlighting the latest concepts in residential architecture, construction, products and lifestyle trends. Located in the Sky Terrace community in the foothills overlooking Las Vegas, the home will open its doors during the International Builders Show – part of Design & Construction Week – from Feb. 4-6, 2014.

The New American Home demonstrates builders’ best practices, concepts, materials, designs and construction techniques that can be replicated in housing built across America. The 6,700-square-foot 2014 New American Home features cutting-edge energy efficiency, sustainability and a stunning desert contemporary style with transitional interior designs.
