What’s the Best Thermador Wall Oven Recipe?

Perhaps the toughest choice: somehow picking out which wall oven recipe, when provided with dozens and dozens, is the best…
Thankfully, our friends at food photo and recipe collection website TasteSpotting, were happy to take that task on and ultimately award someone with one of these:
TasteSpotting selected Joni Hilton as the winner of that beautiful Thermador Built-in Double Wall Oven for her Individual Turkey Cornucopias with Zesty Fruit Stuffing recipe.
Here’s what Joni says about her creation:
“For years I’ve been making a bread cornucopia, where you wrap dough around a giant cone of foil, and bake it, to make an edible container for the bounties of the harvest. Then, one day I had the idea to do it with strips of turkey, only wrapped around smaller cones for individual servings… it’s a great way to enjoy holiday flavors for a smaller crowd, when a whole turkey is just too much (and takes too much time).”
Joni’s culinary achievement topped the list of recipes received that could be cooked or baked in a Thermador Built-in Wall Oven. It also was a wonderful example of the creativity that can be explored and expressed by some of the most demanding culinary enthusiasts around.
With a fully expanded line of Thermador Built-in Wall Ovens having been introduced in Fall 2012, there’s no shortage of opportunities to equal–or dare we say, top–Joni’s recipe. But here’s to giving it a whirl in 2013!
