Two ExtraLow® burners electronically cycle the flame on and off at 375 BTU/hr for precise simmer control. ExtraLow can easily simmer a delicate sauce at 100 degrees all-day with no scorching.

Pro Harmony dual-fuel models offer an exclusive two-hour, rapid self-clean cycle—the fastest on the market. A complete cool down period is included in this two-hour cycle.
